A New Journey

I have always dreamed of making my mark in this world, whether it was physically doing something or posting something in cyber space. I had debated numerous times on starting up a YouTube account by sharing vlog-like diary entries, but the idea of sitting in front of a camera and possibly scaring everyone with my awkward voice and amusing facial expressions frightened me!

Then the idea of a blog appeared. I have always enjoyed writing down my thoughts and emotions. As someone who always feels like a bother when it comes to holding conversations with people, writing was always my go-to remedy to ease my mind. Although I am not the perfect composer of my words and thoughts, writing always seemed more natural to me compared to my oral communication skills.

I’m not entirely sure yet exactly what I will be posting about in this blog. I’m not even sure if what I will be posting will inspire anyone at all. I guess that’s why I chose the title of my blog to be “Any Way the Wind Blows” – as a homage both to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” and to the endless possibilities of my life and this blog. For now, all I know is that I want to be as honest as I possibly can, even if I’m the only one who ends up reading these posts.

I guess this is the end of this first post. I’m pretty horrible at ending things. It’s a good thing, though, that this is just the beginning of this journey!
